Fly-in Day:                            Saturday 11th December 2010

Practice Day:                       Sunday 12th December 2010

Compulsory Briefing:       12th December 2010 @ 19.00 hrs

 

Competition Days:             13th December 2010 – 22th December 2010

 

Prize giving:                                    Wednesday 22th December 2010    19.00 hrs

Entrance fees:       

15m/Std & 18M/Open:

Entry before 15/11/2010                            R         1 650-00

                                    Entry after    15/11/2010                            R         2 650-00

            Club class:

Entry before 15/11/2010                            R            900-00

                                    Entry after    15/11/2010                            R         2 650-00

                                   

Daily fees for pilots not participating the full duration:        R            250 / day   

 

Expected Tow fees:

                                    Club class (TOW below 450kg)              R            300-00

                                    15m-18m  (TOW below 600kg)                R            350-00

                                    OPEN (TOW below 850kg)                       R            400-00

                                   

Pilot validation fees for non-SSSA members (visitors):      R            390-00

 

Note: To qualify for the reduced “early-entry” fee, pilots must pay by November 15th or commit to Carol on a payment date..

 

A ferry fee for tugs may be added with insufficient entries.  Pilots will be notified if this is the case before 1 December 2010.

Practice Day          12th December       Mandatory Briefing @ 19h00 with a ‘Spit Braai’ (Sheep on a Rotisserie over an open fire) at Airfield R100.00 pp (may be sponsored by SSSA)
